For your promo mailouts, we offer a direct Inflyte integration within the LMS. This allows you to push release metadata, artwork, and audio straight from Cygnus into Inflyte without needing to manually recreate the campaign.
How to Set It Up
1. Get your Inflyte Partner Ingest Code:
- Log in to your Inflyte account.
- Open your Label.
- Scroll down to Partners.
- Locate and copy your Partner Ingest Code.
2. Add the code to your label account in the Cygnus LMS:
- Log in to the Cygnus Music LMS.
- Go to Distribution Label Settings.
- Paste your Inflyte Partner Ingest Code into the appropriate field.
- Save your settings.
Sending a Release to Inflyte
- Navigate to Releases in the left-hand menu.
- Open the release you want to send.
- You’ll now see a “Send to Inflyte” button in the bottom-right corner of the release page.
Note: After submitting new releases, the "Send to Inflyte" modal will also appear automatically.
Final Steps
Log back into Inflyte; your release will appear pre-ingested and ready for you to set up and send out as a promo.
