- Standard 60-Day Delay: Statements for collection societies are generally produced 60 days after the sales period. This two-month lag is an industry standard and should be expected.
- Late or Missing Data: Occasionally, a collection society may not provide the necessary data on time. In these instances, the missing information is typically carried over and included in the following month’s report.
- Frequency: NR statements are issued monthly. You will receive an automated email notification as soon as your data is live in the LMS.
Resolving Data Discrepancies and Conflicts
Because NR royalties are strictly tied to the Master Copyright, discrepancies usually arise from incorrect registration or competing ownership claims. These issues often intersect with other rights-management systems like YouTube Content ID, TikTok MediaMatch, and Meta.
